Terms and Conditions of Business
1. Private clients: a non - refundable deposit of 25% of total balance due is payable to secure your booking.
2. 50% of the remaining balance is due 28 days prior to the event. The outstanding balance due 7 working days prior to your event, along with written confirmation of the final number of guests. After this date we will endeavour to accept a rise in guest numbers but will be unable to offer refunds if numbers decrease.
3. Corporate clients: 50% of the invoice total is payable to secure our services, with 25% of the remaining balance due for payment 7 days prior to the function along with final guest numbers and dietary requirements, with the remaining balance due for payment within 7 days of the completion of the function.
4. Lunch deliveries: first order cash on delivery, thereafter invoices are due for payment within 7 days.
5. All dates remain open & bookable until such time as a deposit payment and written confirmation have been received.
6. Late bookings: taken 28 days or less prior to your planned event are payable in full at the time of booking.
7. No catering service will be provided by Fine Dining and Quality Catering if our payment terms are not adhered to.
8. At times it may be necessary due to seasonal or supplier circumstances beyond our control to vary the menu. Substitutes will be of equal value and we will endeavour to inform you of any changes prior to your event.
9. No booking that has been accepted by Fine Dining and Quality Catering may be cancelled with out prior agreement in writing with the company.
10. All damage to equipment caused by the customer or their guests will be charged at the full replacement cost.
11. Refuse and bottle removal. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is adequate facility to dispose of all rubbish.
12. Fine Dining and Quality Catering does not accept any liability for non-completion or delays of the event in the unlikely result of adverse weather conditions, traffic accident or road closure, civil riots or strikes. Fire, flood or any other act of god or natural disaster, or any other event which is beyond the reasonable control of Fine Dining and Quality Catering.
13. Damaged or missing linen will be charged for at the full replacement cost.
14. Late guests, at times we are asked to leave equipment behind for late staying guests, please note while this is not a problem; a small fee will be charged to cover our overheads in returning to venues to collect equipment.
