He was totally professional in all departments, from arranging the menu, setting up the reception and being on hand to service and cut the hog roast. It was truely out of this world. ""For anyone that has selected a wedding caterer they will know that the process is both lengthy and sometimes frustrating, as the quality of service varies so much between providers. I'm happy to say that from the day we met Steve this burden was lifted from us. With the barest outline ideas of what we wanted Steve created an exquisite menu, talked through with us at length the various options, and all round gave us absolute confidence that we would be well looked after. In terms of the actual execution however all our expectations were exceeded, the food was superb, with almost all of our 150 guests mentioning it to us afterwards. “From the first telephone enquiry to the final feedback conversation all my teenage son’s party needs were catered for… nothing was to much trouble down to the finest detail – menu, cake knife, serviettes. A truly professional and top quality service was provided simultaneously with a good sense of humor and creating a feeling that Steve was part of ‘our team’.
The food was exceptional in quality, presentation and taste and there was plenty of it – the most essential ingredient for a teenager’s party!
